UV exposure unit mainly used for exposure PCB artwork onto the photosensitive surfaces of a Printed Circuit Board (PCB), small screens, printing plate, hot stamping. This exposure unit has been designed for developing up to 69cm x 25cm size photoresist materials. It has two 18W UV bulbs that are covered with a special crystal-clear glass. Smooth contact between the artwork and film is achieved by a foam insert in the lid. The digital timer has a countdown function and the unit is ideal for lower volume users. The device has been designed for positive photoresist; that is, UV unexposed areas can be etched away on the PCB.
